About Kairui Capital
We're early — and we'd rather be upfront about that than dress it up. Here's exactly where things stand today.
Cross-border payments are still slower and less transparent than they should be. Kairui Capital was founded to give individuals and businesses a straightforward way to move money between countries — clear pricing, clear timelines, no surprises buried in the fine print.
We are a newly incorporated company completing the regulatory groundwork required to operate responsibly as a money services business. That means we're building slowly and in the open, rather than promising more than a company our age can deliver.
What we do
Our roadmap is deliberately focused on the core of cross-border movement of money — done properly, before it's done broadly.
Send funds abroad with a transparent, upfront quote — no rate revealed only at the last step.
Convert between major currencies at a quoted rate, held for the duration of your transaction window.
Recurring or one-off international payments for companies paying suppliers, contractors, or partners abroad.
How it will work
This describes our planned service flow. It is not yet available on this site — no transfers can be initiated here.
Enter an amount and see the rate and fee before you commit to anything.
Standard identity checks required of every regulated money services business.
Fund your transfer through a supported payment method.
Follow your transfer status until funds reach the recipient.
Compliance & Trust
Registered as a Money Services Business with the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network, U.S. Department of the Treasury, under the Bank Secrecy Act.
Registering as a Money Services Business with FinCEN is a required first step for companies handling money transmission, currency exchange, and related activities in the United States — it does not, by itself, constitute a state money transmitter license.
We're building our compliance program deliberately: identity verification, transaction monitoring, and recordkeeping practices consistent with the Bank Secrecy Act, alongside any state-level licensing our operations require as we grow.
